HOAs
A website for your HOA
The latest notices, the documents residents keep asking for, and the forms the board would rather not receive by text.
A design to start from
Written for this kind of site, each with its own palette, typefaces and a build prompt. Open one to start a project from it, or describe yours and vibld picks.
What you might ask for
An HOA site with notices, meeting minutes, the bylaws and how to pay dues.
A neighborhood association site with an architectural request form and a maintenance report.
A condo association site with the pool rules, board members and the next meeting.
What vibld produces
- Notices, a documents page and meeting minutes, with the board and contacts you name.
- An architectural request form and a maintenance report, each its own inbox in the builder.
- A conventional React and TypeScript project on Vite you can export, open as a pull request or publish.
Worth knowing first
- Dues open your management company’s resident portal. vibld does not take payments.
- Documents are files you upload. The site does not sign residents in.
- Forms on a site you publish with vibld send their responses to the Forms tab in the builder, with an email when one arrives. A preview keeps nothing, so testing a form there leaves the inbox empty.
Then the same flow: a staged checkpoint to read, a private preview, and export, a pull request or a publish. How it works
