PTAs and schools
A website for your PTA
This month’s events, the sign-up sheets, how to join, and the same page in Spanish for the families who read it.
A design to start from
Written for this kind of site, each with its own palette, typefaces and a build prompt. Open one to start a project from it, or describe yours and vibld picks.
What you might ask for
A PTA site with this month’s events, volunteer sign-ups and meeting minutes.
A sign-up sheet for the teacher appreciation lunch: 6 main dishes, 8 sides, 10 desserts.
Our PTA site in English and Spanish, with a join page and the fundraiser.
What vibld produces
- An events calendar, a page per sign-up sheet and a join page, with copy written for your school.
- Sign-up sheets whose choices each hold a set number of places, so two parents cannot take the last one.
- A conventional React and TypeScript project on Vite you can export, open as a pull request or publish.
Worth knowing first
- Dues and fundraiser gifts open your payment page (your bank, Zeffy, MemberHub or Givebutter). vibld does not take payments.
- Leave children’s names and photos out of the request. A published site is public.
- Forms on a site you publish with vibld send their responses to the Forms tab in the builder, with an email when one arrives. A preview keeps nothing, so testing a form there leaves the inbox empty.
Then the same flow: a staged checkpoint to read, a private preview, and export, a pull request or a publish. How it works
